Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Onsite role 3 days a week in Milwaukee with travel in the WI division regularly in all three Areas spanning NWI, CWI, SEWI
Pay Range
$99.75 - $159.60
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for people and business partnership activities across multiple Areas within a division, leveraging AI enabled insights and digital tools to drive consistent, aligned implementation of people programs across sites and functions.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to Area Presidents and other key division leaders (e.g., CMO, CNO, Clinic Operations), using predictive analytics and workforce intelligence to enhance visibility, cohesion, and consistency in people strategies across the division and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Lead the area level execution of people strategies and programs—including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, teammate experience, retention, and leadership development—optimizing processes through automation, advanced analytics, and Ai supported decision tools.
- Cultivate strong, proactive partnerships with Centers of Excellence to seamlessly translate enterprise strategies into local execution. Leverage people and organizational data, Ai driven dashboards, and COE expertise to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities that inform operational decisions and accelerate performance improvement.
- Champion a culture of inclusion within the area, utilizing digital feedback tools and sentiment analytics to support divisional and enterprise strategies that build cultural competency, inclusion, and belonging across all teams.
- Ensure proactive workforce planning and talent pipeline development by deploying predictive modeling, labor forecasting tools, and Ai enabled talent insights to anticipate future staffing needs and strengthen leadership readiness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, incorporating digital monitoring tools and Ai supported analytics to enhance the effectiveness of teammate engagement surveys, action planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage budgets and resources for area People & Business Partnership activities, using data informed and Ai supported resource optimization tools to ensure efficient allocation aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, lead, and develop high performing People & Business Partnerships teams by fostering digital fluency, enabling adoption of Ai powered tools, and strengthening capability to deliver scalable, insight driven people solutions.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Education Required:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 8 years of experience in human resources in a large health system or similarly sized/structured business. Includes 5 years of management experience in directing and leading comprehensive human resources functions within a complex organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to lead and align people strategies and programs across multiple sites or operational units within a complex, matrixed organization, leveraging digital tools and AI driven insights to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Strong consulting and partnership skills, with proven success collaborating with senior leaders to implement people strategies tied to business outcomes, supported by data visualization, predictive analytics, and AI enhanced decision support.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, teammate experience, retention, and leadership development, with the ability to incorporate automation and AI to optimize processes and strengthen outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret human capital data, workforce intelligence, and organizational metrics—including AI generated insights—to inform decisions and drive performance improvement.
- Deep understanding of human resources disciplines, organizational design, and change enablement, including the adoption of digital tools and AI capabilities to modernize people practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex data—including AI driven insights—into clear, actionable guidance for diverse teams and leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performing teams and coach leaders at all levels, fostering digital fluency, data literacy, and readiness to adopt AI enabled tools and practices.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment using intelligent automation, dashboards, and AI supported workflow tools.
- Ability to leverage digital platforms and artificial intelligence to enhance people strategies, workforce planning, and operational effectiveness, including the use of conversational AI, generative AI, and virtual assistants to streamline work.
- Skill in applying analytics, automation, and predictive modeling to strengthen workforce planning, talent development, teammate experience, and early risk identification.
- Proficiency in using data, evidence based research, benchmarks, and AI driven trend analysis to develop, refine, and implement effective people strategies.
- Commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and modeling organizational values, including responsible and transparent use of AI and data in all people and business partnership efforts.
