Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Content Creation:
• Formulate and implement marketing initiatives for various business units and product owners with objectives to drive customer acquisition, product penetration and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and preparing post-campaign tracking and analysis reports.
• Ensure the accurate execution of marketing campaigns and effectively manage and monitor the marketing budget in accordance with the Bank’s guideline and requirement.
• Support the due diligence on marketing materials as and when needed.

Event Management:
• Plan and organise various kinds of events, including but not limited to seminars, client appreciation events etc.
• Support logistics such as venue liaison, vendor management, material shipments, and on-site staffing.
• Develop pre- and post-event marketing communications to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Measure and report on event ROI, including lead generation, brand awareness, and attendee feedback.

Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to facilitate marketing strategies formation
• Conduct customer and market research to define target markets and opportunities
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g. ROI, lead generation, engagement rates, event success) to inform data-driven decisions.

Brand Stewardship:
• Ensure all marketing materials, communications at all touchpoints and events are consistent with our brand guidelines.
• Develop and disseminate key messaging that strengthens our brand position in the market.
• Create, edit, and proofread compelling copy for a variety of mediums, including website content, social media and sales collateral.
• Prepare content to grow our social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn, WeChat, facebook)

Requirements:

  • University degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or related discipline

  • Minimum of 7 years marketing experience, solid campaign management required, preferably in banking industry or agency background

  • Understand the market trends, products and services offering and approach of key competitors

  • Basic knowledge on Banking and Finance

  • Understand major industry issues, trends, market conditions, market segmentation, customer characteristics, etc.

  • Experience and knowledge of event management and WeChat content management would be beneficial for this role

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
