Roles and Responsibilities:
The dedicated Corporate Communications resource will support Head of Corporate Communications and be responsible for:
Executive Communication: Drafting messages and scripts for the internal stake holders and leveraging personal social media channels like LinkedIn.
Staff Engagement : Developing and delivering the bank’s internal communication and engagement strategy to raise awareness, promote credibility, and increase employee engagement.
Brand Awareness: Enhancing MUFG’s profile through public relations, strategic thought-leadership platforms, media relations, branding, sponsorships, and speaker platforms.
Issues Management: Working actively with branch management to mitigate reputational risks and serving as a communications advisor.
Events Management: Planning and executing logistical aspects of internal and external events.
