Job Responsibilities:
Assist in leading assigned technical teams to support daily, seasonal, and ad-hoc Entertainment offerings. Duties include supporting scheduling, training coordination, and events execution.
Provide onsite technical support for assigned offerings, including logistics coordination, equipment preparation, technical schedule support, troubleshooting, repair, programming, and operation of Entertainment Technical systems as required.
Partner with internal and external teams to support the development and delivery of Entertainment offerings.
Assist in financial processes such as purchasing requests, quotations collection, budgeting support, and reporting.
Support the development and updating of Operational Guides, Maintenance Manuals, and Maintenance Plans.
Ensuring compliance with Disney Standards and Safety requirements within assigned areas.
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Audio, Lighting, Pyrotechnics, Rigging, Scenic Construction, Show-Control or Video.
Some exposure to team coordination or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) will be an advantage.
Basic technical design ability in one area such as audio, lighting, video, or show programming is preferred.
