FleishmanHillard’s Brussels office is seeking a Graduate Intern to support the Admin team.

What you will do
This internship offers hands-on experience with a strong focus on office operations, administration and front-of-house coordination. Working closely with the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact at reception
- Supporting day-to-day administration, including calendar management, document preparation and database updates
- Coordinating meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials and on-site setup
- Assist with travel arrangements for teams and clients
- Supporting office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and general organisation
- Support preparation of large (often multi-day) meetings, including materials production, event management, catering coordination and technical support (backing up IT support personnel)
Who you are
- You are a proactive and reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- You are comfortable taking on administrative and reception responsibilities and understand their importance in a professional setting
- You are highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, well-presented work
- You communicate clearly and professionally, with excellent written and spoken English and French (other languages are a plus)
- You enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming, well-run office environment
- You are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general productivity tools
- You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and willing to support across a variety of operational tasks
