Assistant Talent Service Specialist - Bilingual

The primary focus of this position is to complete a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the Talent team’s compliance and service function.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources/Compliance

Travel: Up to 10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Compliance Coordinator for new hire background check, drug-testing, and post-offer physical process: day-to-day vendor relationship, point-of-contact for recruitment team, audit testing requests, etc.
  • Assist with the process, design, development, maintenance, auditing, and required reporting for compliance-related matters including I-9 and eVerify adjudication process, Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, Non-Solicitation compliance, and other related regulatory agencies requests.
  • Assist with maintaining and communicating required Federal, State, and Local compliance poster updates.
  • Maintain documents and forms that are needed to comply with applicable regulations and standards, including the Employee Success Guide, related SOPs/ addendum references, non-Solicitation form, etc.
  • Respond to claims for Unemployment Insurance and may represent the Company at related hearings as necessary.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees).
  • Assists with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate personnel files.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
