Job Title: Assistant Supervisor/ Team Leader – Warehouse (Night Shift)

Main purpose of role:
- Direct report to the respective departmental manager; effectively manage departmental resources and manpower to deliver the service requirements of the Company.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring company policy and procedure are being strictly complied with.
Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing warehouse operations in night shift such as incoming and outgoing shipment handling, inventory management, equipment & material control and record updating accurately and timely.
- Regularly review operational procedures and lead the team to achieve departmental and organizational KPIs.
- Handle daily warehouse documentation and reporting
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, work allocation & duty roster, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service Centre Team and Delivery Team) to optimize shipment and delivery schedules
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Education & Experience Requirements
- F.5 or above
- At least 3 - 4 years work experience in warehouse or logistics operations with preferably 1 - 2 years in team leader role or above.
- Possess leadership, good communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork spirit
- Competency in MS Office (Excel & Word & PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- A candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
