Assistant Superintendent – Framing Specialist

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll be at the heart of our construction operations, ensuring our luxury apartment communities are built to the highest standards. We’re looking for someone who thrives on coordinating complex framing projects, leading teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing, with a focus on multi-family wood projects.
- Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to achieve timely project completion.
- Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries, including lumber and trusses.
- Lead procurement meetings and ensure seamless materials management.
- Work with other assistant superintendents on siding, flashing, and waterproofing
- Ensure job-site cleanliness and maintain daily standards with subcontractors.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing (required)
- Strong knowledge of framing methods, materials, and best practices
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all framing phases from start to finish
- Supervisory experience in construction management (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software
- Experience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required
