About the Role
The Assistant Sundry Developer supports the development and execution of sundries for the India business in alignment with LS&Co. standards, protocols, quality requirements, and GTM timelines. This role partners with Sundry Developers, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of sundry development activities for Levi’s® tops and bottoms.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of sundry development activities in line with the Global Time and Action (GTM) calendar
Assist in developing sundries in accordance with LS&Co. specifications, quality performance standards, and RSL compliance
Support preparation and coordination of seasonal sundry presentations aligned to GTM milestones
Collect and organize SFO developments and suppliers’ latest collections for seasonal review
Share sundry briefs with suppliers as directed and support feasibility data collection
Track supplier sample submissions, follow up on timelines, and support approval or re-iteration cycles
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support resolution of technical and quality issues during development
Support tracking of sundry readiness for FLA and CS milestones
Assist in creation and maintenance of S-Codes in PLM, including data accuracy and documentation
Upload development information and approved sundry images in PLM at CS stage
Support quality performance and RSL testing coordination and documentation at the FLA stage
Maintain accurate and timely data updates in PLM and shared platforms
Support preparation and sharing of periodic sundry development status updates
Ensure approved physical sundry samples are organized and available in-office for reference
Provide support on additional projects and business priorities as required

Accuracy and completeness of PLM data and documentation
On-time follow-up and coordination of sample submissions and approvals
Compliance with LS&Co. quality standards and RSL requirements

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility, buying house, or brand liaison office
Skills & Capabilities
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs
Results-oriented mindset with accountability for deliverables
Vendor coordination exposure preferred
