The Floating Assistant Store Manager is critical in connecting people, performance, and brand standards across multiple locations. You’ll step into stores that need support, inject energy into teams, and ensure every customer receives the premium PUMA experience, no matter which store they walk into.

In this dynamic, multi-site role, you’ll partner with the Floating Store Manager to uplift store performance, develop talent, and keep operations running at their best. You’ll build relationships across locations, roll up your sleeves on the sales floor, and lead by example, wherever you are needed most.
Lead across locations: Support multiple store teams, adapting your leadership style to different environments and challenges.
Boost performance: Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability by motivating teams and elevating daily execution.
Develop strong teams: Build capability, coach associates, and help identify future leaders across all stores you support.
Champion consistency: Ensure visual merchandising, operations, and service standards are executed flawlessly at every site.
Step up with confidence: Act as the in-store leader when required, keeping teams focused, aligned, and performing.
Stay hands-on: Spend most of your time on the sales floor, engaging customers and coaching teams in real time.

2–4 years retail leadership experience (apparel/footwear highly regarded).
Proven success in driving sales, leading teams, and delivering strong KPIs.
Adaptability and resilience, you thrive in fast-changing, multi-site environments.
Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
A passion for customer experience and the PUMA brand.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak trade periods, with travel required across multiple stores.
