Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Assistant Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference! Based at our Levi's Perth Watertown store, you will be reporting to the Store Manager.

 

Our ideal candidate:

• Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy
• High School Diploma
• Creative individual with a flair for fashion
• Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
• Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
• Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing the team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories
• Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members.
• Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management
• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
• Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind
• Partner with Store Manager on elevated consumer issues
