What’s the scope?
For our outlet store in Roosendaal we are looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role you will be our brand ambassador and deliver a five - start customer service.
Your responsibilities:
Assisting our Management Team in leading strong operational processes and routines that minimize shrink and drive profitability;
Lead by example by providing by delivering high quality – five start - customer service;
Arrange comprehensive work rosters, covering holiday and sickness cover;
Assist the manager:
in leading and developing a sales and customer service focused store;
The recruitment of suitable competent staff;
Maximizing profit performance by achieving sales targets within budget;
The analysis of product sales, performance and inventory needs.
Train the store team in all aspects and responsibilities including customer service, company history, product knowledge and store operations;
Inspire the team and all customers with our brands fashion and lifestyle image and products;
Communicate inventory needs to Head Office regularly;
Be fully competent in the operation of the POS System and utilize report facilities to analyze business needs;
Have the mind set and determination to always be better than our competitor’s set and determination to always be better than our competitors;
Ensure the sales floor and back areas are consistently cleaned and well maintained;
Take full responsibility for the store in the managers absence;
Profile:
A minimum experience of 2 years’ Experience in Retail, Passion for fashion and denim;
Customer orientated by providing high standards of customer experience;
Experience in operating a cash register and electronic payment systems
Experience in managing all relevant administration papers and reports
Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and honest
Ability to interact with the public with a friendly and helpful approach
Customer oriented and high standard of customer care skills
High standard of personal appearance, smart and well presented
Good numeric skills
Effective oral communication skills
Able to work under strong pressure
Good organizational skills
Team player;
Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English);
Flexible: Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position;
