About the role

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Director of Spa in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. This role combines hands-on operational support with leadership, guest engagement, and administrative responsibilities.

What you will do

Ensure the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and well-maintained, including ambient lighting, music, temperature, and overall presentation.
Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked at all times.
Assist during peak periods, special events, or staff shortages by providing operational and hands-on support when required.
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on service standards, protocols, and spa procedures.
Assist in monitoring daily operations reports, treatment revenue, and occupancy levels.

What you bring

Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury spa, five‑star hotel, or premium resort environment; prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards, guest engagement, and personalized wellness experiences consistent with international hotel brands.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with discerning, high‑profile, and international guests.
Proven capability to multitask, prioritize operational needs, and remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service quality
