The Role of Security Assistant Manager:

The Security Assistant Manager will manage and oversee all hotel security operations in line with 5-star hospitality standards. Your role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies, procedures, and SOPs, as well as leading emergency preparedness and response planning for fire safety, evacuation, and crisis management. You will supervise, train, and motivate the security team to deliver professional, guest-focused service, conduct risk assessments, investigations, and incident reporting, and coordinate with hotel management, local authorities, and emergency services. Additionally, you will ensure the effective operation of CCTV, access control systems, and other security technologies, while maintaining accurate administrative records, reports, and audits.

Our Ideal Security Assistant Manager:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a security role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment, with proven expertise as a Assistant Security Manager or Senior Security Supervisor. Certified training in security operations, emergency response, fire safety, and first aid is essential. Strong skills in emergency planning, risk management, and team leadership are required, along with excellent administrative and organizational abilities. High computer proficiency, including familiarity with security systems and Microsoft Office, is expected. A professional appearance, outstanding communication skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written) are mandatory; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
