Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the day-to-day operations of all retail stores in Taiwan, ensuring operational excellence, team efficiency, and commercial results.
- Work closely with HQ retail and business development teams to support new launches, including VM coordination, system setup, and inventory planning.
- Partner with HQ technical teams to facilitate store system support and resolve technical inquiries efficiently.
- Support retail marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the approved annual retail operations budget.
- Regularly review store operational performance and provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency and execution quality.
- Ensure all retail operational activities comply with Group policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding store maintenance, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Support the Retail Manager in overseeing operations across multiple stores, contributing to long-term operational and sales strategies, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product launches and retail initiatives.
- Review, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Analyze store sales performance, inventory costs, operational expenses, and stock variance to support informed decision-making.
- Consolidate store maintenance requests and support retail POS system operations.
- Assist with store openings, renovations, and closures, including coordination and follow-up.
- Support quarterly and annual stock-take processes and result analysis.
- Act in alignment with the company’s culture, brand image, and target customer profile.
