Job Description

To further strengthen our Private Banking team in Geneva, we are looking for a committed and reliable Assistant Relationship Manager to support our coverage of the Middle East market. In close cooperation with the Relationship Managers, you will contribute to the high service quality of LGT and help ensure the professional servicing of our sophisticated international clientele.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactive and structured support of Relationship Managers in servicing Middle East clients (preparation and follow-up of client meetings, correspondence, documentation).

  • Independent preparation and updating of client data and dossiers, incl. presentations and meeting packs.

  • Handling of key front-office administrative tasks (agenda management, coordination of client requests, basic compliance tasks).

  • Support in monitoring client portfolios (maturities, account openings, liquidity management) in close cooperation with the Relationship Managers.

  • Execution of standard orders (payments, simple securities and FX transactions) in line with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements and LGT quality standards.

Requirements

  • Completed banking or commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education, with min. 3–5 years experience in a similar role in private banking or in servicing demanding international clients.

  • Proven experience in supporting Relationship Managers or advisory teams, ideally with exposure to HNWI/UHNW clients.

  • Good knowledge of banking products and services and initial experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. KYC, AML);

  • Avaloq knowledge is an asset.

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic or other regional languages are a strong plus.

  • Strong communication skills, professional appearance and ability to work effectively with various internal stakeholders.

  • Reliable, structured and service‑oriented personality with high quality standards, accuracy, discretion and a collaborative mindset.
