Job Description

  • Proactive and efficient support of Relationship Managers in their daily business with trustees and lawyers in the target market Liechtenstein (correspondence, appointment coordination, account opening, compliance tasks, etc.)

  • Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives transactions

  • Independent telephone support of trustees, lawyers, and their clients in general banking and investment matters

  • Independent, efficient, and thorough preparation and follow-up of client visits

  • Active relief of Relationship Managers in administrative tasks (office administration, presentations, correspondence, due diligence) and investment meetings

  • Monitoring of client portfolios with regard to maturities and investment opportunities

  • Active support of Relationship Managers in the holistic, client-oriented advisory and support of our UHNWI clientele

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in intermediary business or in serving private banking clients are an advantage
  • Specialized further education in banking is an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general banking transactions
  • Excellent client orientation and service attitude combined with an empathetic and outgoing personality
  • Independent and proactive working style as well as strong organizational skills
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
