  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • More than 2 years experience in automotive industry with a minimum of 2 years quality assurance working experience.  
  • Master the system standard requirements of ISO9001, IATF16949, QC080000, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.  Familiar with OEM special quality requirement, such as BIQS, Formel-Q, etc.  
  • Master five tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC.  
  • Skillfully uses quality tools such as 8D and 5Why to analyze and solve various quality problems.  
  • Masters the knowledge and methods of basic statistics.  
  • Communicates and coordinates well and be able to organize work.  
  • Has good team work spirit, agile logical thinking and pays attention to detail.  
  • Has English communication and computer skills.  
  • HSF knowledge is needed.

 

Duties & Responsibilities/任务和职责

  • Participates in customer request review, identifies, evaluates and inputs quality risk to the project team
  • Participates in the APQP process of new project and issues the project quality status report periodically;  Follow up the risk of quality problem at each stage of the project.  
  • Organizes the PFMEA, prepares the control plan and the corresponding inspection guidance document record.  
  • Maintains the IMDS/CMDS database in the system.  
  • Periodically monitors process inspection and SPC analysis at all stages.   
  • Collects and audits the preconditions of each PPAP.  
  • Completes the PPAP/ISIR package on time and accurately, and submit the package to the client in accordance with the PPAP submission plan.
