Assistant Property Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a permanent part-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our dynamic team. Working alongside our Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department -for the portfolio you are assisting
  • Work alongside with the Senior Property Manager
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors’ communication
  • Assist with rent arrears
  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
  • Property Management administration
  • Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections

About you:

  • Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at multi-tasking and time management
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team
  • The desire to grow within a company for the long term
