About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology and in charge of the project delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and align business needs, document clear and structured business requirements, and ensure solutions delivered by technology teams meet intended objectives.

Job description: 

  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clear alignment of business objectives and delivered solutions.
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business needs through workshops, interviews, and process reviews across multiple business units.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, and data teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and manage change requests during delivery.
  • Facilitate UAT execution with business users, track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Participate actively in agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review sessions, ensuring requirements are delivery-ready.
  • Support product owners and delivery teams by prioritizing requirements based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
  • Communicate business requirements, impacts, and solution progress clearly to stakeholders at different levels, including non-technical audiences.
  • Support change management activities by contributing to user communications, training materials, and adoption planning.
  • Ensure requirements and documentation adhere to enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements align with broader enterprise priorities and transformation goals.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong customer and business stakeholder focus, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in cross-functional environments involving business, technology, and delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin for business discussions, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
