Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Execution

- Assist in managing day-to-day project activities from pre-construction through closeout
- Lead Coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Track project progress, support schedule updates and recommend adjustments to meet deadlines

Document Control & Submittals

- Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
- Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and records
- Ensure all documents comply with contract requirements and specifications

Cost & Budget Support

- Assist in cost tracking, change order management, and budget control
- Review subcontractor invoices and support payment applications
- Identify potential cost risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions

Procurement & Materials

- Support procurement of materials and equipment
- Track material deliveries and ensure alignment with project schedule
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve supply or quality issues

Quality Control

- Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and codes
- Participate in inspections and quality assurance processes
- Help resolve field issues and coordinate corrective actions

Safety Compliance

- Support implementation of site safety plans and procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Participate in safety meetings and audits

Communication & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Support meetings and track action items

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience:
- 1-2 years of related field experience

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices

Preferable:

- Experience in Solar or related industry experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
