The Department of Accounting at the University of Miami Herbert Business School invites applications from interested candidates for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position. We encourage applications from both candidates that will graduate in 2026 and that graduated in prior years and have visiting or tenure-track positions.

The position is for Fall 2026, and the appointment may commence as early as July 1, 2026.

Candidates are expected to pursue an active research program, teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and engage in service activities. Candidates should have (i) a Ph.D. in Accounting by the appointment start date; (ii) a proven track record of high-quality scholarly research according to the level of the position; and (iii) competence in teaching accounting courses.
