特别知识Special Knowledge
制药专业知识，制药行业GMP知识，了解相关法律法规等；
具备良好的 GMP&EHS知识。
技能Skills
具备良好的沟通，表达能力。
责任范围 (优先排列) AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
充分利用各种资源，熟练掌握本岗位的大部分设备，参与生产有序进行。
确保生产过程中各环节符合GMP要求，操作按标准、操作程序执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。
有效进行日常的设备使用、清洁、维护与模具更换及调节工作，并对设备进行自主维护，使设备处于有效运行与管理之中。
能够熟练操作设备换模、设定、调整；设备故障简单处理。
掌握对应岗位的设备挑战性测试、安全功能测试、中控检查、质量控制点。
熟悉SAP、监管码等系统操作及简单问题处理。
遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作（包括如下几点：了解并遵守工厂和本岗位的安全规程；发现安全隐患及时上报；能够对本岗位安全工作提出建设性意见等）。
其他主管安排的其他工作等。
