Your mission

Assistant Procuct Manager 

1/ Market Insight & Consumer Insight 

Market insight & analysis : 

-Closely monitor market and category trend and competitors activities 

-Conclude and translate the competitors watch into relevant actions 

Consumer insight & analysis : 

-Well understand consumer needs and trend for your category through public report, TMIC or FGD, etc. 

-Conclude and translate the findings into communication strategy, innovation recommendation etc. 

2/ Product Management 

-Be full responsible for product portfolio management, including but not limited to HP, pricing, supply, Chinese name, Chinese label, etc. 

- Design PDP and brief the design of offline visuals to VM. 

- Co-work with Innovation center / medical team on clinical study and dermatologist maintenance. 

3/ Engage global team for product and launch development:  

-Continuously seeding and engage global team with what is happening and what is trending in China.  

-Propose local initiatives to enhance global campaign relevancy to China.
