Position Purpose
At Saint Francis Hospital the Assistant Nurse Manager Senior Care Advisor is a key part of our innovative Virtual Connected Care delivery Model. This is a true team approach to patient-centered care and uses technology to support direct care staff and increase patient interaction.
What you will do
In the Assistant Nurse Manager Senior clinical advisor role you will assist in management of unit personnel, the Virtual Registered Nurse RN unit environment and collaborate across the Virtual Connected Care team in the delivery of patient centric care.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area. BSN graduate preferred.
Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
Certification: BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum Eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management and Hospital experience. Nursing leadership experience preferred.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience. EPIC preferred

This is an onsite position – you will work from a location within the Saint Francis Hospital campus in Hartford, CT.
