We are currently recruiting for two Assistant Merchandisers to join our Fashion division and play a key role in planning, trading, and optimising performance across either our Childrenswear or Menswear departments.
About the Role
As an Assistant Merchandiser, you’ll support the Merchandiser in delivering effective planning, trading, and stock management across your product area. Working collaboratively with Buying and wider business teams, you’ll analyse performance, identify opportunities, and help drive improved sales, margin, and availability. You’ll also deputise for the Merchandiser when required and play a pivotal role in maintaining strong supplier and internal relationships.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
