Job Title: Asst Manufacturing Manager

Main Job Purpose:
Manufacturing Manager has overall responsibility for a unit within a factory. The MM leads all deliverables of the unit on SHE, Quality, Cost, Service & ER end to end and is a key member of the factory leadership team reporting to the factory manager.
Key Accountabilities:
Deliver al core KPIs of his/her unit including
SHE – Leading Indicators. Ensure compliance to all established SHE systems
Quality – DPMU reduction thru focused QIPs, hygiene improvements
Productivity – meeting OEE Glide path & driving capacity improvements
Service – Ensure plan compliance and adapt to planner changes.
Costs – Meeting ManEx Cost targets; Owns RR and works to improve efficiencies
in line with lower repair costs by using WCM principles.
Wastage – Driving technical efficiency reduction
Controls – Ensuring all Control elements are fully met
Innovation / Technology / Process Changes – Work with suit to land OTIFQ
People – Ensure motivated shopfloor work force to deliver best results.
Continuous Improvement – Lead Kaizen / Continuous improvement mindset in factory through employee engagement.
Support factory manager (as a member of the factory leadership team) to execute factory master plan & on key operational decisions.

Professional Skills:
Minimum BE/B.Tech in engineering.
Worked reasonably on shopfloor managing multiple front-line executives & blue-collar workforce
