We are seeking a dynamic and creative digital marketing professional to drive NMS' online presence and audience engagement. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will take the lead in managing our social media channels, creating compelling content, and executing comprehensive digital campaigns that bring Singapore's story to life in the digital space. This role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of digital marketing, from daily social media management to large-scale campaign execution. [What you will be working on]

Social media management and community engagement:

  • Take ownership of our daily social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This includes proactive audience engagement through responding to comments and queries, curating and reposting user-generated content, and fostering meaningful connections with our online community.

  • This role is expected to maintain an active and responsive social media presence that reflects our brand values and encourages ongoing dialogue with our audience.

Content creation and storytelling:

  • Develop engaging social content that resonates with diverse audiences and effectively communicates Singapore's heritage stories.

  • This involves creating graphics, writing compelling copy, and producing video content that drives engagement and supports our mission in telling the Singapore story

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including permanent gallery and special exhibition campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, programmes and video marketing projects.

  • This might involve collaborating with creative and media agencies to conceptualise campaigns, managing project timelines and deliverables, overseeing campaign execution and media buys, and producing comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Website and email marketing:

  • Assist in making updates to NMS website, and design and set up marketing eDMs through third-party platforms such as Campaign Monitor.

[What we are looking for]

  • Preferably at least 3-5 years of relevant experience particularly in digital marketing and social media management

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

  • A keen learner who stays current with social media trends and digital marketing best practices, with a solid understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement strategies

  • Good aesthetic sense with the ability to create visually appealing graphics and designs, as well as video editing skills for producing ad hoc content

  • Technical proficiency is essential, including familiarity with CRM systems and basic HTML knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills to translate creative ideas into actionable concepts and work effectively with both internal teams and external agencies

  • Able to combine creative flair with analytical thinking and has a genuine passion for heritage storytelling in the digital age

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Interest in the Arts and Heritage Sector
