Plan & Assist , supervise the execution of all wet training to customers in complete compliance to the approved training program and regulatory requirements.
Supervise or Assist on all matters concerning the training administration of the ATO.
Oversee training administration and scheduling of Wet Training for the ATO with assistance of other office staff.
Coordinate with the Chief Ground Instructor ( CGI ) on requirement basis
Liaise with regulatory authorities for authorization issuance/renewal.
Collaborate with in house sales team on training intake capacity versus actuals in coordination with the CGI ( Chief Ground Instructor)
Maintenance of the training records for the training staff and student clients with the Help of other assistants
Validating pre-requisites for all clients in compliance with DGCA requirements.
Preparation of training documentation as required in coordination with HOT ( Head of Training ) and CGI( Chief Ground Instructor) .
Briefing and debriefing clients ( Trainee Pilots) on the first and last day of Training .
Acting as invigilator during Theoretical Knowledge Exam.( As required basis)
Act as interface between Trainee pilot students and the ATO.
To plan initial & recurrent ground training for instructors.
Review of circulars and DGCA CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsible to ensure that ATO instructor’s licenses /approvals/ratings etc. are valid and current as per the applicable regulations.
Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the HOT (Head of Training) or his Rep from time to time
