Overview of the role:
Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Assistant trade marketing manager, for an existing opportunity within our organization. The assistant Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of various Omnichannel Shopper Marketing programs while being aligned with business objectives of the Strategic Business Development (SBD) team.
How you will make contributions that matter:
Develop the Shopper Marketing 360 omnichannel strategy in collaboration with Senior Advisor – Trade Marketing
Identify shopper marketing opportunities and make recommendations to meet different needs, including in-store and e-commerce
Work with different suppliers such as printers, creative agencies etc. in the development of shopper marketing programs designed to increase in-store presence to drive brand awareness and conversion
Manage the relationships with different retail customers (in-store, online or any other programs)
Guide the sales team in the execution of shopper programs, manage the performance tracking and program post mortems
Ensure alignment across the Sales and the Strategic Business Development team within local marketing initiatives
Support the launch of new products on a national scale
Execute different sales and marketing analysis and make recommendations
Draft internal communications, create point of sales promotional materials
Lead multi-departmental conference calls
Perform other related duties
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
University Diploma in marketing or related field (2nd cycle degree, an asset)
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing
Experience in the food industry or consumer package goods sector (an asset)
Experience in managing omnichannel campaigns (in-Store + Ecommerce)
Bilingual (spoken and written) is essential
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite
Strong strategic and analytical skills, precision and attention to detail
Self-motivated, creative and team oriented
Excellent priority management skills and ability to juggle several projects

Salary: $66 960 - $87 890
