Assistant Manager

What you’ll do

• Delegate duties and supervise facility employees
• Supervise and participate in receiving, processing, and shipping grain commodities
• Maintain an understanding of end-user requirements to ensure the product meets specifications
• Ensure consistent compliance with quality control standards
• Monitor and recommend improvements to increase operating efficiency and profitability
• Keep safety top of mind

What you bring to our team

• At least four years of grain and/or special crops experience
• Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers
• The ability to effectively plan and organize employee activities
• The aptitude and physical ability to operate grain processing equipment
• Good eyesight and colour perception
