• Direct comprehensive facility operations including housekeeping, vendor management, AMC coordination, and soft services delivery for premium residential facilities on a day-to-day basis.
• Conduct systematic facility inspections of residential buildings, common areas, amenities, and equipment to ensure housekeeping standards, security protocols, and maintenance requirements meet premium site expectations.
• Supervise and manage multi-departmental teams including housekeeping staff, security personnel, horticulture teams, and technical support; provide training, maintain SOPs, and resolve complex operational challenges.
• Implement energy management initiatives and oversee DG operations, monitoring fuel consumption, running hours data, and optimizing utility management for cost efficiency.
• Manage vendor management including AMC contractors, housekeeping service providers, landscaping teams, and technical service partners; ensure contract compliance and service quality standards.
• Establish comprehensive record-keeping systems including housekeeping checklists, security logs, maintenance registers, vendor performance records,
• Develop team management protocols including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, training programs, and skill development initiatives across all service verticals.
• Create and maintain operational procedures including SOPs for housekeeping, security protocols, emergency response, visitor management,
• Generate comprehensive reporting including Daily Management Reports (DMR), Weekly Progress Reports, Monthly Management Reports (MMR), and specialized operational analytics.
• Prepare financial documentation including monthly billing, vendor payment coordination, budget monitoring, and cost optimization recommendations for residential operations.
• Oversee contract management for multiple service providers, monitor SLA compliance, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to premium residential service standards.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management within the scope of premium residential facility management and client servicing excellence.
