JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Security Risk & Control – 12 month FTC
SALARY: As per range
LOCATION: Bristol Harbourside
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
What you’ll be doing:
Playing a key role in the ongoing embedding security risk management awareness and associated controls operating effectiveness across Group Finance.
Delivering a range of Risk and Control reviews and control adoption as part of Resetting Risk embedding.
Overseeing a range of initiatives designed to reduce Group Finance Security risk exposure and respond to specific weaknesses, issues and events.
Providing guidance on interpretation and implementation of Group Security Policy, Standards and Controls, including Information, Cyber and Physical Security.
Engaging closely with various teams in the Chief Security Office about Group Finance Security.
Playing a leading role in the Finance Security Community of business risk partners and specialist stakeholders to develop the maturity of the Finance Security Environment.
Engaging and embedding operational Improvement activities as the BRSO brings together activities from multiple sources and seeks to deliver these in an effective and efficient way.

What we’re looking for:
A passion for understanding risk and control, and a desire to support the Business in enhancing their understanding of Risk and improving Control effectiveness.
Comfortable in working in a fast paced & changing environment, able to support delivery of solutions to inbound change impacting the team.
Experience of application level testing e.g. SOX level testing would be beneficial.
A curious mind with the ability to explore and make improvement recommendations where appropriate to minimise operational risks.
Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and business partners to support the provision of quality and timely information and analysis.
