The Team: The Transcripts team is dedicated to producing high-quality transcripts of corporate conference calls, leveraging advanced speech recognition software and state-of-the-art editing tools to deliver real-time, publication-ready content. Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Researchers/Sr Data Researchers, coaching high-potential talent to deliver best-in-class Transactions data to clients and achieve team and individual goals.
  • Independently own, execute, and contribute to a wide range of business initiatives and projects, identifying efficiency enhancement opportunities and launching process improvement initiatives.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent, managing staffing levels and actively collaborating with Talent Acquisition for optimal team composition.
  • Contribute to the department’s and cluster’s success by making key decisions related to data, policies, and talent development, while operating in a competitive environment with exposure to industry thought leaders.
  • Manage the performance review process, taking initiatives around talent development, engagement, and succession planning within the team.

  • All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to independently lead a team.
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, including the ability to give and accept feedback constructively and provide coaching.
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and maintains high ethical standards both personally and professionally.
  • Basic understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and SQL.
  • We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
