Assistant Manager, S2P Platform Management

The Procurement Platform Assistant Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization and maintenance of the organization’s S2P platform(s). This role serves as a subject matter expert on procurement technology platform and partners closely with various cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements along with focus on data accuracy, compliance, and user adoption. Experience with Ivalua is strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Ivalua S2P platform, including user access, configurations, and workflow management
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for the procurement platform(s), with a primary focus on Ivalua
  • Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis of incidents, and implement corrective actions to resolve defects
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Collaborate with global procurement, IT and other stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement and technology enhancements
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new functionality releases, including testing (UAT), documentation, and deployment
  • Drive standardization, automation, and best practices across procurement processes
  • Support compliance between platform(s) and organizational policies, security standards and regulatory requirements
  • Document system configurations, business processes, and change management activities for audit and knowledge sharing purposes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement systems support, IT service management, or related areas
  • Familiarity with intermediate SQL and data analysis concepts is a must for troubleshooting within Ivalua
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and technology platforms (Ivalua experience preferred). Experience with other S2P platforms such as Ariba, Coupa is an asset
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management and communication skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
