Position Summary
1. Set strategy and guideline for field force management and lead to implement those strategies and guideline in accordance with the local situation.
2. Develop contents that field force can use for sales and promotion to enhance sales success rate.
3. Plan and execute training for sales field forces to enhance the sales capability.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
SES / SPS Management
- Drive overall shop sales performance through effective retail sales strategies
- Manage total shop count and continuously improve store operation quality
- Monitor and control stock levels to optimize sell-out and minimize aging inventory
- Oversee regional coverage and store distribution for balanced performance
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience at Samsung Experience Stores
Key Shop Management
- Manage Key Shops with an A/B/C grading system to differentiate performance levels
- Expand the number of A-grade shops by increasing sell-out volume and operational excellence
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop customized improvement plans
- Collaborate with field teams to align sales priorities and drive category growth in key outlets
Promoter / FSM (Field Sales Manager) Management
- Lead and manage field force teams including recruitment, performance tracking, and incentive planning
- Motivate staff with clear goals, regular feedback, and performance-based rewards
- Monitor daily and weekly sales KPIs, implementing corrective actions for underperforming regions
- Foster strong teamwork and ensure all field staff deliver Samsung’s brand experience consistently
Training and Development
- Plan and execute regular product and sales training programs for field teams
- Educate staff on Samsung’s latest innovations and product features to enhance sales storytelling
- Develop and share best practices, creative selling techniques, and success cases to improve sell-out
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate new launches into training content
Samsung+ Platform Management
- Oversee Samsung+ the retail online training platform, and ensure timely completion of all learning modules
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, General Management or other related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail shop/ store operation management, field force management & Cost Analyst
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and able to solve problem with immediate action
- Good command of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
- Excellent of both spoken & written English and computer literate
- Ability to travel upcountry as assigned
