Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager – Project
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full‑time (Company Payroll)
Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Project will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution and project management of IBMS and ELV systems, ensuring delivery as per scope, quality, timelines, and cost. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution activities for IBMS and ELV systems including:
- CFS (Fire & Life Safety Systems)
- CCTV / Video Surveillance
- Access Control Systems
- BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Manage projects from kick‑off to handover, including planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and closure.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.
- Handle client interactions, progress reviews, and issue resolution.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including billing and performance tracking.
- Prepare and track project documentation, MIS, milestone reports, and handover documents.
- Support in risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Project Execution / Project Management roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience in IBMS with ELV domains:
- Proven experience managing multi‑discipline site projects.
- Good understanding of system integration and commissioning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on large commercial / infrastructure / industrial projects is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical or relevant discipline.
- Must align with company education policy (as applicable).
Preferred Attributes
- Client‑facing experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
