Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Supervise manufacturing and dispensing operations to achieve production plans efficiently.
Maximize resource utilization and improve key performance indicators.
Maintain and update production visual boards; ensure timely revision of batch manufacturing records (BMR).
Implement GSK Production System (GPS) and Operational Excellence (OE) practices.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Provide training on new SOPs, maintain records, and ensure timely training compliance.
Participate in change control processes, meetings, and provide valuable insights.
Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and maintain an inspection-ready state at all times.
Conduct risk assessments and EHS audits; strengthen the safety culture, including LOTO application.
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharm-D, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production operations
Experience in a Compliance role
Experience assessing individual and team performance
Auditing experience preferred
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
