As Assistant Manager – PPC, you will oversee end‑to‑end production planning, material planning, forecasting, and coordination across Supply Chain, Production, and Sales. Your work ensures that customer commitments are met, production targets are achieved, and operations run with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end production planning, including long‑term/short‑term plans, MRP execution, and material requirement planning.
Monitor Customer OTD, analyze schedule gaps, and drive corrective actions to meet production and sales targets.
Coordinate closely with SCM, Production, and Sales to manage demand changes, dispatches, and order confirmations.
Oversee forecasting activities (monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly) and support annual sales budgeting with the SIOP team.
Manage safety stock reviews, stock forecasting, analytics, and end‑of‑month reporting.
Troubleshoot SAP PP issues and act as a liaison between business and technical teams to support continuous improvement.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical Engineering
7–8 years in Production Planning & Control, preferably in manufacturing or heavy engineering
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Material Management module)
High integrity and accountability
Highly organized and process‑driven
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint
