You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across digital channels. We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid digital media initiatives across global campaigns. This role will be responsible for driving measurable business impact through strategic media planning, campaign execution, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid search, programmatic advertising, and marketing analytics within a B2B environment.
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across:
Google Paid Search & Performance Max (PMax)
Google Display Network
DV360 (Programmatic)
Microsoft/Bing Search
Own campaign lifecycle management including budget planning, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid management, and performance optimization.
Drive pipeline growth and revenue impact through data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation (A/B testing, bid strategies, audience refinement).
Manage programmatic campaigns to enhance reach, targeting precision, and engagement across scientific and B2B segments.
Analyze performance data using Adobe Analytics and ad platform dashboards to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop advanced reporting dashboards and insights using Excel and Power BI to communicate ROI and performance trends to senior stakeholders.
Ensure robust tracking frameworks, tagging governance, attribution alignment, and data accuracy.
Collaborate closely with regional marketing, commercial teams, and global stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, automation advancements, and digital privacy regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B, life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors
Strong hands-on expertise in: Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), DV360 / Programmatic buying and Microsoft/Bing Ads
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics
Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling) and Power BI
Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and full-funnel performance measurement
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization
Strategic mindset with strong execution rigor
Results-oriented with clear focus on ROI and business impact
Fluency in English required
