What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing & Reporting, CLM Hub to lead performance marketing analysis, reporting governance, and optimization insights across three business units (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar) with data‑driven decision‑making and efficient marketing investment.
What are we expecting from this role?
Own end‑to‑end performance reporting across all digital channels (paid media, leads, funnels, conversion).
Deliver BU‑level and CLM‑level dashboards, scorecards, and monthly performance summaries
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance (UTM hygiene, tracking logic, metric definitions)
Creative, audience, and channel‑level optimization opportunities
Translate data into actionable insights for Marketing, CX, and Sales stakeholders
Lead deep‑dive analyses (e.g. high CPL campaigns, funnel drop‑offs, attribution gaps)
Define and monitor success metrics for always‑on and tactical campaigns
Act as the central performance of SPOC across three BUs.
Support leadership reviews, business updates, and management reporting
Drive performance standardization is aligned with CLM Digital COE frameworks
Who are we looking for?
3-5 years experience with managing, optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns and advertising campaigns
Demonstrated experience working with marketing analytics tools and platforms such as PowerBI
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with crossfunctional teams
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot campaign issues
Expertise in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to interpret vast amounts of data.
