The Assistant Manager – People & Culture plays a key role in supporting OSHA compliance, incident reporting, workers’ compensation and insurance tracking, and new hire onboarding. Working closely with People & Culture leadership, resort management, and cross‑functional teams, this position helps ensure regulatory requirements are met while fostering a positive employee experience consistent with Four Seasons values.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Champion a safe and compliant workplace by ensuring timely OSHA reporting, maintaining required records, and supporting follow‑up with care and attention to detail
Support colleagues through workers’ compensation and insurance processes by coordinating documentation and communication with internal teams and external partners
Welcome and engage new team members by preparing and delivering new hire orientation and onboarding experiences, including Embark training
Partner with People & Culture leadership, Security, and department leaders to reinforce safety awareness, policy understanding, and a culture of accountability
Support learning, communication, and training initiatives related to safety, compliance, and workplace practices
Maintain organized, accurate records and reports to support audits, regulatory requirements, and People & Culture operations
WHAT TO BRING
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or related coursework preferred)
Minimum two (2) years of experience in HR, safety, compliance, administrative, or operations support
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident reporting, and compliance documentation preferred
Experience with workers’ compensation, insurance tracking, or onboarding strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with computer applications, including spreadsheets and reporting tools
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
