About the Role

The I2P Assistant Manager is responsible for stewardship and process excellence, which encompasses supporting/leading the transformation and simplification agenda, controls and automation across finance operations. This role ensures compliance with the Global Process Model and Financial Controls Framework, drives operational efficiencies, and supports global harmonization. You will work closely with regional counterparts (Market Operations), GCAD, CSC, 3PSPs and report to the Global PEC Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ownership of Global Process Models (GPMs) for I2P, ensuring governance updates are timely and controlled per S2P PEC model.
2. Drive process standardization and alignment across in-scope countries/platforms; lead change management and stakeholder engagement.
3. Full ownership of driving the force behind all aspects of GFCF controls, the individual must be able to identify risks within processes and exercise sound judgment to introduce new controls, carefully considering both the significance and potential impact of those risks.
4. Enable training & communications aligned to I2P taxonomy and sharing system/controls updates where relevant to Market operations and 3PSP teams.
5. Weekly/Monthly performance review of 3PSPs in terms of Automated controls, QPAs applicable KPIs
6. Redesign processes to create future-ready models, using innovation and technology to simplify and automate.
7. Introduce and assess new ideas and build business cases for improvement projects, planning and delivering these in partnership with stakeholders.
8. Lead changes impacting Unilever growth plan.
9. Understand SAP design/3PSP workflow systems, lead scoping file reviews and work on GRC PC Alerts
10. Collaborate with global peers to ensure our guidelines are embedded and our teams are supported in continuous improvement.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective governance and shared success.
