• 현장 진단 및 분석을 통한 개선 기회 도출
• 주요 투자안 및 프로젝트에 대한 재무 타당성 분석
• 인건비 절감과 생산성 향상을 위한 지속적인 프로그램 운영

솔루션 설계 및 표준화

• 중소규모 고객 대상의 창고 운영 솔루션 개발 및 생산성 개선안 수립
• Best Practice 도출 및 표준 운영모델 설계
• 각국의 물류센터 리더들과 협업하여 표준 프로세스 정착 지원

직원 교육 및 내부 전파

• 운영 개선 및 프로세스 향상을 위한 교육 콘텐츠 기획 및 전달
• 전사 운영 리더십 커뮤니티 내 Best Practice 공유
