主要职责Key Responsibilities:
1.操作管理
制定仓库标准操作规程，优化仓库流程。
衡量和推动仓库效率和质量绩效的提升
优化仓库布局，最大限度地提高仓库空间利用率，提高物流效率。
管理实际库存,提高库存准确性。包括存货盘点和周期盘点，根据PDCA方法，领导存货盘点分析和行动计划以提高库存准确性。
全面负责部门的日常运作，包括但不限于收发退，
kitting, 5S，纪律，改善等。
2.人员管理
确保仓库员工遵守仓库标准操作流程。
确定并规范仓库团队的技能矩阵，设计整个团队的培训计划。
指导和发展仓库团队的人才通道。
3.其他
推动数字化转型、系统集成和运营自动化，提高生产力。
解决安全隐患问题，加强仓库安全措施
遵守公司的各项规章制度。服从上司的工作安排，严格遵守岗位操作手则
上级指定的其他任何工作。
任职要求Qualifications:
1. 大专学历及以上，物流、供应链、英语等相关专业优先考虑
2. 英语CET4及以上，读写流利
3. 3年以上3PL仓储供应链管理工作经验，5年以上团队管理经验。
4. 有鞋服仓库管理经验；
5. 熟悉仓库管理系统WMS及Office办公软件。
6. 具备良好的责任心及沟通、资源协调能力，有强烈的部门规划、现场优化改善的意识，并能熟练使用相关软件工具完成仓储物流规划和优化的相关工作；
7. 具备良好的工作计划性及能按计划主动跟进业务范围的能力
