About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality market research, insights, and quarterly reports across industrial, residential, office, retail, and alternative assets.

  • Lead and support client-facing consulting assignments including feasibility studies, market entry, and highest & best use analysis.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with brokerage, capital markets, and regional research teams to support pitches and advisory work.

  • Maintain and enhance proprietary databases, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and thought leadership output.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 4–7+ years of experience in real estate research, consulting, advisory, or market intelligence (AM–Manager level).

  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and client presentation skills with commercial acumen.

  • Comfortable in client-facing roles and supporting revenue-generating consulting work.

  • Excellent written and spoken English & Vietnamese; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
