Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Process Improvement

Manulife is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Process Improvement. The incumbent will be responsible to support all projects that led by Manage and Review (M&R, in-force policy management) or required M&R involvement, provide data analysis support, execute digital adoption action plan and transform work processes from paper-based to digital.

Position Responsibilities:

  • MIS and Dashboard Management: Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards for Monthly Operation Review and other internal performance monitoring purposes. Provide analytical support and insights to stakeholders as required.
  • Action Plan Execution: Assist the team in implementing the CWS and ePM adoption action plan, ensuring smooth execution and tracking progress against defined objectives.

  • Central Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for initiatives that involve or impact M&R, ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Project Support: Provide support for various projects that involve or impact M&R, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up on deliverables.

  • Transaction Processing:
    Support transaction processing activities whenever required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a business-related field
  • Minimum 6 years or above industry experience in supporting business projects and performing data analysis
  • Decisive, able to work independently and demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • High proficiency in reading and writing English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to details
  • Customer-orientated mindset
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
