Manulife is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Process Improvement. The incumbent will be responsible to support all projects that led by Manage and Review (M&R, in-force policy management) or required M&R involvement, provide data analysis support, execute digital adoption action plan and transform work processes from paper-based to digital.
Position Responsibilities:
Action Plan Execution: Assist the team in implementing the CWS and ePM adoption action plan, ensuring smooth execution and tracking progress against defined objectives.
Central Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for initiatives that involve or impact M&R, ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Project Support: Provide support for various projects that involve or impact M&R, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up on deliverables.
Transaction Processing:
Support transaction processing activities whenever required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
