What You'll Do
Serve as the primary strategic client liaison, overseeing daily communications, managing senior-level expectations, and leading status alignments.
Translate complex client briefs into actionable execution plans, coordinating seamless delivery while mentoring junior account executives.
Govern project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, and providing strategic solutions to leadership to overcome operational blockers.
Oversee the quality assurance of pre-live scripts, visual assets, and promotional bundles to ensure flawless accuracy and strict brand compliance.
Analyze high-level campaign performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates) to optimize ongoing strategies and produce data-driven reports for continuous improvement.
Drive post-live debriefs to capture strategic lessons learned, implement best practices across the team, and spearhead account growth through targeted upselling.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a strong passion for the digital media landscape.
3-5 years of progressive experience in account or project management within digital media, e-commerce, or the livestreaming sector.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise managing high-stakes livestream accounts on major platforms such as Shopee Live or TikTok Live.
Advanced analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rates) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Proven leadership ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts effectively, and juggle multiple deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of delivering persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
Nice To Have
Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, or Mandarin) to support regional client portfolios.
