资产评估项目经理
【工作内容】
1. 独立执行中小型资产评估项目，包括：
- 前期工作接洽；
- 带队完成现场工作及底稿收集；
- 识别项目重点问题及风险并与部门负责人沟通协商解决方案；
- 完成估值模型搭建及报告说明撰写，沟通并回复内部审核意见；
- 项目执行过程中与客户保持良好沟通；
2. 参与大型评估项目并负责其中关键评估工作，如：负责合并收益法、负责其中核心资产评估、负责其中关键下属单位评估等，在执行过程中与团队成员保持良好沟通协作；
【岗位要求】
1. 擅长资产证券化类业务资产评估及现金流预测，包括公募REITs、类REITs/ABS、私募REITs等；
2. 具备上市公司/国企大型项目资产评估经验；
3. 具备资产评估师资格证；
4. 具备基本英语沟通及写作能力；
5. 财会、金融、资产评估相关专业优先；
6. 具备良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力，保持持续学习的动力，对行业最新动态及新业务类型保持好奇心及热情。
