Assistant Manager, IT Business Analysis

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements from business stakeholders.

  • Prepare business/functional requirements, technical specification document and model business processes.

  • Collaborate with AI Engineers, IT Development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and end-users during implementation.

  • Manage and track requirement changes throughout project lifecycle.

  • Contribute to process improvement and propose optimal system solutions.

  • Develop and maintain agile project management methodology.

  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computing discipline or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA or similar role.

  • Strong business analysis skills and business process engineering skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication of complex technical issues to non-technical users.

  • Good working knowledge of SQL, Jira & Confluence, MS Office

  • Ability to manage relationships and influence at various levels within the organisation.

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
